Oluwatobi Adetona is an astute legal practitioner and a humanitarian at heart, passionate about promoting social justice and access to justice to the less privileged in the society.
She is passionate about children and the awaiting trial inmates incarcerated for years without access to justice and committed to this noble cause.
Her core interests outside the legal practice include volunteering for NGO’s, women empowerment, social work and leadership. She currently volunteers for Lagos Food Bank Initiative, Girl Hub Africa, Love Ambassadors and Slum to School Africa.
As an alumnus of the Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI), Oluwatobi has had the opportunity of interfacing with emerging leaders across West Africa on Africa’s endemic problems and the solutions thereto.
In a bid to also bring the law closer to the people, Oluwatobi writes a short weekly legal piece titled @legalnuggetsbytobi where she sensitize people on their rights, the law and the latest legal developments.
In her spare time, she enjoys debate on political matters, football, singing, writing and reads at least a book monthly.
