Damilola has a degree in law and is a member of the Nigeria Bar Association, Data Privacy ambassador, humanitarian and an experienced company secretary.

Damilola is a versatile lawyer with excellent organisational skill, good communication, effective logical reasoning and analytical skills. She is experienced in various areas of law practice, including corporate commercial practice, litigation, company secretarial duties, corporate advisory work, regulatory compliance, corporate governance and data protection law.

She has been actively involved in so many humanitarian activities. During her undergraduate days, she was the group leader for the Pre-trial and Prison Detention matters  at the Law Clinic (Faculty of Law) founded by the Network of University Legal Aids Institution (NULAI).

Damilola has committed herself to a passionate pursuit of untapped potentials and an advocate of transformative powers of the special children, less privileged, indigent accused and those awaiting trial.

She represents clients in court and has conducted trials, on different aspects of law such as labour law, aviation, matrimonial causes, and general civil matters. She is also involved in research opinion on legal issues as regards corporate social responsibility.

She has contributed immensely to the development of humanitarian activities among the youths.
